Pastor Bryan Weide oversees as Lead Pastor here at Madison.  He has been working at Madison since 1989, when he started as the children's director. In 1998 he was ordained,  and he received his Master of Divinity in 2011. In 2013, Pastor Bryan took on the role of Transitional Pastor, and has been serving as the lead pastor since March of 2017. Bryan is married to Gail, and they have a son Josh-both of which serve on the worship team.  Bryan enjoys being with His family, playing basketball, and riding/working on motorcycles.

 In his own words here is his heart.  “My heart is to see people transformed by the power of the gospel! I find great joy in watching people "get it" - I often call them "light bulb moments" - when the Holy Spirit reveals something to them and they can see it for themselves...Boom! That's why I do what I do - to see lives change for the glory of God. My heart is in teaching and counseling people to find their way to the freedom that only comes from knowing Jesus through His Word - the Bible.”

Jennifer Nowak is Madison Christian Children’s Center Director. She has been apart of the Madison Church for over 13 yrs now. Jennifer has been working with children since 1995, where she got her start at an after school program in Prescott, AZ. In 2007, Jennifer came to Madison and served on the after school program, where her love for the community and families here at Madison grew. In 2014, Jennifer accepted the Madison’s Children’s Centers Director position. Jennifer Is married to John Nowak, and they have one daughter. 

Ona Hanson is our Children’s Leader (Kid’s Life) here at Madison. She has been serving and loving on our children for 3 years.  Ona has been working with children for 18 years, and has  an early education degree. She has been married to Kris, who serves on our worship team, for 9 years.
